9:03 pm	Moving on Archon Weekend Well, I am at it again. I am about to move for my 34 time and I am 30 years old. If any of you remember the townhouses that my ex-husband and I lived in in the St. Ann area, I am moving back in there. Unfortunately, the apartment will not be ready until October 1st. So I get to move on Archon weekend. Anyone that is not going to the con and would like to help me move, bodies as well as vehicles would be greatly appreciated. Not that I really expect anyone who reads this to not be going to Archon, but it is worth a try. :) (4 Comments |Comment on this)

9:50 pm	Songs I am sorry that I didn't respond to thesigother sooner about the song thing. I don't really have favorite songs. I don't think of songs in that way...I choose my music based on my mood and what hits me at the moment to get me into a different mood or to enhance the one I am in. So I can't really say I have Favorite songs. Now, on to an update. The reason I didn't respond sooner was because I was in the hospital from Monday through Thursday of last week. I managed to get a viral form of Spinal Meningitis. The infectious disease doctor at the hospital said that it was from a sinus infection I had 2 weeks before combined with my lack of an immune system from the FMS and RA. Joy. Thrill. Ecstasy. Lovely. Soooo...I was in the hospital for a week and out of work for 2 by the time this is over. See, they sent me home on Thursday with an IV line going into my arm and "through the shoulder to the tip of the heart". Which I have to pump an antiviral into every 8 hours, so I won't be going to work until after the fourth. However, I am probably more well rested than I have been for as long as I can remember. 11:36 am	Just so you know.. I got a Urinary Tract Infection, with NO SYMPTOMS. The Gods only know how long I had it before it went septic a week ago. I got up Wed. feeling cold, but otherwise, OK. Went to work, and before 10, was shivering so hard, I could barely walk. I left work and went to Nagel and Jasminecat's house (after being informed that if I didn't then they would be coming to get me), where I promptly collapsed on the couch. When Nagel got home, my fever was up to 103.2. I had the fever, chills and body aches for 5 days before I decided that if it wasn't getting better, it wasn't the Flu. On Monday, I went to my doctor, he did some tests and told me I needed to get somebody to drive me to the hospital because he was getting a room assigned for me. I needed 3 days of IV antibiotics and Potassium, plus tests to make sure it hadn't damaged my liver or kidneys or bladder. I am OK now, I am still on "light activity" until Monday, and on more antibiotics for 7 days. And once all that is over and I am back to being healthy, he wants to see me again, because my liver enzymes were "abnormal." He said that part was nothing to worry about, but we need to make sure they are normal again when the infection is out of my blood. The Ex took my 2.5 year old Wed and Thur. and then I had her for the weekend, and then he took her while I was in the Hospital, so I haven't seen much of her lately, though. That's pretty much everything. Now, hopefully, I won't have to repeat the whole story numerous times to different people. (5 Comments |Comment on this)
